9 years ago, I had something to prove. I was always the smallest and shyest guy in the room. That had to change because I wanted to create a life worth living, on my own terms and doing what I wanted while being in full confidence doing so.

I was 18 years old at the time and I was ambitious, but I lacked confidence in presenting myself, so I decided to change.

That 18-year-old boy could never achieve big things in life, like building a business or inspiring thousands of others.

So, I took action by hitting the gym, working on myself. I improved my mindset, built discipline, learned to deal with delayed gratification, gained more confidence, established strong routines, and started to feel amazing.

After gaining 25kg/55lbs+ of muscle mass over the past years, the little guy on the left doesn't exist anymore. It transformed me.

I earned respect, made a statement, and have built things much greater than I've ever imagined, just by focusing on myself.

If I can do it, anyone can. I am not a "one in a million" success story. I have simply put in the work, and that's all I did.

It opened doors which would always be closed if I didn't make that decision to start 9 years ago.

What I want to say is that your goal doesn't matter. Whether it's losing body fat, gaining muscle, or becoming more confident, for example.

The best investment you can make is in yourself and your health. It is the foundation, the core of building a life you desire. Everything starts with improving yourself first.

I decided to change myself and became who I wanted to be. If you don't decide to change today, you will always stay where you are, and if you're fine with that, that's cool.

Of course! After you sign up we provide you with a personalised nutrition card that tells you how many calories you should consume on a daily basis. Your nutrition card also includes your suggested macros i.e. grams of protein, carbs and fat in each meal.

Whether you want to eat halal, vegan or carnivore, you can decide what to include in your daily meals from our library.

The app comes with a close community where you can ask all your questions, share your progress or connect with others.

Yes, when you join the Training Mentality app subscription you also agree to have it automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You agree to your account being charged for renewal within a 24 hour period at the end of the current period and to this charge being the same as your initial fee unless you opt for a different plan (e.g switching from monthly to annual).
