MY PERSONAL STORY

The things you see on social media?
They’re the end result of me staying consistent with my goals. I started my fitness journey 10 years ago. Back then, I was a skinny, shy boy who wanted to change. I had big dreams and goals, but I knew I’d never achieve them without working on myself first.
So, I started going to the gym.
After testing, failing, and learning, I discovered a proven way to stay consistent and get the results I wanted, and more importantly, to maintain them.
Fast forward to today: I’ve naturally gained 25 kg of muscle, unlocked my dream physique, inspire millions of people every month, work with big brands (like Gymshark), and run my own business. But none of this would’ve happened if I hadn’t made the decision to change back then.
I’m not telling you this to brag, but to show you what’s possible when you start working on yourself.
