This is Jorrick's personal training strategy. In this workout program, we focus on each major muscle group individually. Each day is dedicated to targeting a specific major muscle group, such as the back or chest, along with a smaller muscle group like the triceps or biceps. The program involves training for 4 consecutive days, followed by 1 rest day. This cycle is then repeated. If you are unable to train on the designated days, feel free to adjust the schedule to accommodate your availability. For example, if you can't train for two consecutive days, simply resume the schedule where you left off.
