In this workout program, we target each major muscle group individually. Each day is dedicated to focusing on a specific major muscle group, such as the back or chest, along with a smaller muscle group like the triceps or biceps. At the end of the week, there is a day where we combine the main upper body muscles. We train 5 times a week, on: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday. It is recommended to adhere to the assigned split as closely as possible to optimize recovery and growth.
