In this workout program, we target each major muscle group individually. Each day is dedicated to focusing on a specific major muscle group, such as the back or chest, along with a smaller muscle group like the triceps or biceps. This is the typical "bro split" where we train 4 times a week on: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. But feel free to adjust according to you own availability.
